Hrithik Roshan & Karan Johar together for next project "SHUDDHI"

Latest buzz in B-town Agneepath producer Karan Johar team, actor Hrithik Roshan and director Karan Malhotra are again teaming up for the movie Shuddhi.

Although Agneepath was a remake of Amitabh Bachchan's 1991 film of the same name, the upcoming Shuddhi project is based on an original story and will be released in theaters on Diwali next year. The film goes on the floor by the end of 2013.

Commenting on the project, Karan also said, "It's a love story, a genre that I love. I had a wonderful experience. Karan has a fantastic view, a combination of aesthetic and commercial. Hrithik is a close friend and an excellent actor. So it's great that the three of us teamed up again."

"Karan has been preparing for this film for over a year. I've never seen such a director to work a year in advance of pre-production," said Hrithik, who has successfully played character Vijay in the remake of Agneepath.

An enthusiastic Hrithik said he'd be back with the team again. "I'm really excited to work with both Karan again. Agneepath is a very special movie for me and I can not wait for a new world again, "said Hrithik.

Interestingly, Shuddhi is Karan's second Diwali outgoing since his directorial debut, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai in 1998.
